Terms & Conditions

Agreement

By using this website or booking services with Pro Star Detailing ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

Services & Quotes

All prices shown on this website are starting prices for a standard sedan. Final pricing depends on your vehicle's size and condition, including listed surcharges for XL, lifted, and third-row vehicles. Quotes provided by phone, text, or through this website are estimates; your final price will be confirmed with you before any work begins.

Appointments & Cancellations

Services are provided by appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible by calling or texting (928) 451-7211.

Vehicle Condition

You are responsible for removing personal valuables from your vehicle before service. Please disclose any known damage, defects, or non-standard modifications (e.g., aftermarket finishes, wraps, loose trim) before work begins. Pre-existing damage may be documented before service.

Results

We work to a professional standard on every vehicle, but results depend on vehicle age, condition, and prior care. Some conditions — such as deep scratches, permanent stains, heavy oxidation, or damaged surfaces — may not be fully correctable.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Star Detailing's total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Website Content

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
