How long does interior detailing take?

It depends on the interior's condition and which service you choose. Wet extraction also needs drying time, which we factor in. We confirm the appointment length with you once the booking is made.

How long until the carpets are dry?

Usually two to four hours in Arizona's dry climate, faster with windows cracked in a shaded spot. We extract as much moisture as possible so the vehicle is not left damp.

Can you get pet hair out of the seats and carpet?

Yes. Embedded hair does not vacuum out on its own — it has to be lifted mechanically with dedicated tools first. If pet hair is present when we arrive, a pet hair charge applies based on how much there is, and we tell you before we start.

Will you remove smoke or spoiled-food odors?

We start by eliminating the source, since odor lives in fabric and the ventilation system. For odors that persist after a deep clean, an ozone treatment add-on neutralizes what remains. Long-term smoke saturation may need more than one session.

Is it safe on leather and Alcantara?

Yes. We match the product and technique to the material — pH-appropriate cleaners for leather, and low-moisture methods for Alcantara and suede, which are damaged by saturation. Tell us what your interior is when you book.
